Our new house is much bigger than any previous one I've had and i was shocked by the price, but i gathered quotes from as many vendors as i could and no one was able to beat Dylan for what we wanted. he took the time to show us how to use the remotes and the app and how simple everything was, offered to set up as many custom automations as we wanted, did the entire installation in less than a full business day (we had to wait for them to be cut before this but that's typical)... all in all nothing to complain about. Oh and he helped us get set up for an 18 month 0% interest payment plan as well, to alleviate the sticker shock. We were just about to move into a new home that needed window treatments, but with our alternating schedules, we were worried about finding the time - and money - to have a professional do the install. Dylan was able to get us an initial appointment that worked for our schedules and spent time with us, talking through each option and step, never rushing us through any part of the process. When it came to install, he worked quickly and efficiently. He even noticed some minor flaws in one of the shades that we didn't even notice, but he took it upon himself to correct any issues. Dylan has been upfront and honest from start to finish, with great communication at every level and step of the way, answering any question big and small we had.
